Tanzanian musician Shetta on friday night got the chance to propose to the beautiful presenter Joy muthengi on 10over10 tv Citizen tv show in which the presenter turned him down.

The Namjua hit maker said he wanted a kenyan lady to date each time he is in the country,even though Otile brown made a joke out of it claiming he had already taken over joy,she ended up saying it public that she had someone even though she didnt mention any name.
